お正月に向けて

皆さんこんにちは！



今回は駄文ブログですので、すっとばしてくれてもOKです！笑



それにしても、寒くなりましたね～((+_+))

ここ三沢も、一気に冬まっしぐら。超特急で氷点下の気温になりそうです！



私もしっかりと防寒対策に、車のタイヤ交換、そして正月に飲むお酒など、様々な出費をしなければなりません笑







皆さんは準備、始めてますか？


今年やり残した事はありませんか？







…….僕は色々とできなかった事があります( ;∀;)


もっと酒蔵さんにお伺いして、たくさんお話させて頂きたかった！


もっと勉強会（と称した飲み会）を開いて従業員と交流できる時間を作りたかった！


もっとたくさんのお酒を飲みたかった！


たくさんの「もっと！」「したかった！」ばかりある、反省すべき一年になりそうです。

North40-40＆中居酒店コラボ　第四回クラブデュヴァン

皆様こんばんは( ｀ー´)ノ


先日、三沢のカジュアルフレンチ「North 40-40」さんで第四回クラブデュヴァンを開催させて頂きました。


なんと今回で４回目です！！


いつも来てくださる方や、今回初めて来てくださった方々もたくさんいらっしゃって、大盛況で終える事ができました。




さて、今回のテーマは、「テーブルマナー」という事で私たちも様々なお話をさせて頂きました。


こういった会の度に、我々サービスをする側としてもかなり勉強しますので、今までサボっていた勉強がはかどります笑


お客様が一つでもいいからワインやフレンチの事に詳しくなって、外でもレストランに行ってワインと料理を楽しむ。


そういった事をもっと体験してもらうには、やはりそういった場が必要なのではないでしょうか。



しかし、私たちが開催するワインの会は本当にカジュアルなもので、今回のマナーについても堅苦しいものではなく、必要最低限の知識と技術を教えて後は楽しく飲みましょう！！

という会なのです( *´艸｀)
